Product overview
The card issuer can issue and write cards through the client software (access controller, water consumption control, fingerprint and face attendance can all be issued or charged through it), and the elevator access control system software can also write the door opening authority of the offline device into the card through the card issuer.
The whole series of card reading products can be operated by using card issuers, including card issuance and deletion, recharge consumption, loss registration, black and white list registration. The following is an example of access controller and consumer machine.
Automatic card issuing function
In the “personnel file” interface of the access controller client software, click [automatic card issuance] or click the drop-down menu of [enterprise information], as shown in the following figure:
Usage: users can be added in batch through automatic card swiping to avoid complicated input and errors. When the card is set in batch or the card number is not printed on the card, this method can be considered. The USB card issuer or the card reader of any door can be used as the card issuer to realize the automatic card issuing function.
Note: when using the automatic card issuing function, only departments can be selected when adding personnel for automatic card issuing. Other information, such as card number and personnel name, will automatically become card number, which is not convenient for managing and searching card number and personnel using the card.
Click [Automatic Card Issuance] as shown in the following figure:
At the selected position, you can select “USB card issuer” or the card reader corresponding to “door” by clicking the lower triangle symbol in the above figure.
[USB card issuer]: the card number can be read directly through the USB card issuer for automatic addition.
[door]: after swiping the card on the designated door, the card number will be automatically displayed.
Firstly, select the Department, and then swipe the card on the USB card issuer or the card reader corresponding to the “door”, as shown in the following figure:
Select the corresponding equipment under quick authorization, and then click add new person, authorize to pass through the selected door and upload. After updating the equipment permissions, click exit to add the user to the system.
Card operation
Click [Card Operation] on the main interface in the client software of the consumption management system to encrypt, recharge, withdraw, change and report the loss of the card that has been issued. As shown in the following figure:
System secondary encryption
The system can be re encrypted. This encryption is the encryption password for the IC card sector. This password is used to encrypt the IC card when issuing the card, and this password cannot be modified after issuing the card. Click system secondary encryption in the drop-down menu of card operation to open the window as shown in the following figure:
4 digits can be input for system encryption (Note: this password can only be 4 digits, and other characters are invalid),
Card recharge / withdrawal
When the amount in the card or the number of times are insufficient, you can recharge and withdraw the card. This operation needs to be performed by the card issuer. Put the card on the card issuer. At this time, the information in the card will be displayed on the “recharge and withdrawal” interface, as shown in the following figure:
You can recharge the card. You can enter the recharge quantity yourself or select the amount values of 50, 100, 200, 500 provided by the system, and then click [Recharge] or [Withdraw].
For the same card, it can be divided into a consumption account and a water control account. When recharging / withdrawing, it can be divided into recharging / withdrawing for the consumption account and recharging / withdrawing for the water control account. When swiping the card for consumption, corresponding to different devices, the amount deducted is deducted from the corresponding account. As shown in the following figure:
The card corresponds to the consumption account number and the water control account number, which can be charged / withdrawn separately or simultaneously. Specific operations can be carried out as required (Note: the consumption account and the water control account in the card are consumed separately, and the corresponding account balance is deducted).
Card recharge
You can recharge the card. Put the card on the card issuer, and the card information will be read and displayed on the “Recharge and Withdrawal” interface, as shown in the following figure:
You can recharge the card. Enter the recharge amount in the input boxes of "Consumer Machine Amount" and "Water Control Machine Amount" (the input amount cannot be 0, the balance of the water control account after recharging cannot be greater than 999.99 yuan, and the total balance of the consumer account (stored value + subsidy) cannot exceed 99999 yuan). Then click [Recharge], and wait a moment, and a "Reminder" window will pop up, as shown in the following figure:
Click OK to view the recharge record of this person in the recharge and withdrawal interface, as shown in the following figure:
Click Exit to return to the system main interface.
Card withdrawal
The card can be withdrawn. Put the card on the card issuer, and the card information will be displayed on the "recharge and withdrawal" interface. Enter the amount to be withdrawn (not 0) in the input boxes of "consumer machine amount" and "water control machine amount", as shown in the following figure:
Then click [withdrawal], wait a moment, and a "reminder" window will pop up, as shown in the following figure:
Click OK to view the withdrawal record of this person in the recharge and withdrawal interface, as shown in the following figure:
Click exit to return to the system main interface. (Note: when withdrawing, make sure there is enough money in the card. When the amount to be withdrawn is greater than the amount stored in the card, withdrawal is not allowed.).
Personnel card replacement
If the card is cracked or insensitive, the cardholder can choose to change the card. To use this function, there must be a reader / writer and a new card, and the card must be placed on the card issuer before personnel can change the card. Click personnel card replacement in the drop-down menu of card management, as shown in the following figure:
Click personnel card replacement to open an interface, as shown in the following figure:
Put the card to be replaced on the card issuer and read the card information. The card information will be displayed in the "card replacement" interface, as shown in the following figure:
Specify the reason for card replacement, and then click [card replacement] to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
In the process of card replacement, the original card is first written off, then the new card is placed on the card issuer, and the original information in the original card is written into the new card to achieve card replacement.
Put the new card on the card issuer and wait for the card reader to write the card. When the card writing is completed, a prompt window [card replacement completed] will pop up. Click [OK], and the card replacement is successful. Click exit to return to the system main interface. (the data information in the replaced card will not exist in the original card, and the original card information will be deleted)
Card loss report
Report loss card: it is to upload the status of this card to the consumer machine, and tell each consumer machine that this card has been reported lost and cannot be consumed. When someone takes this card and swipes it in the consumer machine, a voice will prompt that this card has been reported lost, which can help the personnel to retrieve the lost card.
When the user's card is lost, in order to prevent other people from picking up the card to make indiscriminate consumption, and to protect the user's card information and account balance, the card loss can be reported to prevent this situation. Click card loss report in the drop-down menu of card operation, as shown in the following figure:
Click card loss report to open the interface shown in the following figure:
Click Select personnel to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
After selecting a person, click Select to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
The specific information of the selected personnel will be displayed in the "card loss report" interface. Enter the loss report reason in the "loss report reason" input box, and then click "report loss and upload" to enter the "upload loss report card" interface, as shown in the following figure:
After uploading, you will automatically jump to the "card loss report" interface, and you will see the cards that have been reported in the list of reported cards, as shown in the following figure:
Click exit to return to the main interface. Then you can click HR management - > HR data. In the HR data interface, it will also show that this card is in the loss reporting status, as shown in the following figure:
Loss reporting is to upload the card number to each consumer machine, so that the consumer machine knows that the card number has been reported. When the card comes for consumption, it will prompt that it has been reported and refuse to consume; From the principle analysis, it is not difficult to see that the loss must be reported to each consumer machine when reporting the loss, and the bad card can be reissued only after reporting the loss. This is to prevent the user from replacing the truly rich card with an IC card. If the original card is not reported, both cards will be able to consume and prevent this loophole. It is necessary to report the loss of the card and protect the user's data.
Cancel loss reporting
Cancellation of loss reporting: it is to notify the consumer machine to delete the card number from the loss reporting information. The card number can be used normally on the consumer machine. Similarly, it needs to be uncoupled to each consumer machine before the card number can be restored to the normal card swiping function on all consumer machines. If a person has recovered a lost card and has previously reported the loss of the card, it can only be used after canceling the card loss report. Click Cancel loss report in the drop-down menu of card operation, as shown in the following figure:
Click Cancel loss report to open the cancel loss report interface (as shown in the following figure). In the cancel loss report interface, click Select card to select the card to cancel the loss report.
On the "cancel loss report" interface, click [Select Card] to select the card to cancel the loss report, as shown in the following figure:
After selecting the card to cancel the loss report, click Select, and the card information will be displayed in the "Cancel Loss Report" interface, as shown in the following figure:
Click [Cancel Loss Report] to open the interface as shown in the following figure:
After waiting for a moment, the information of canceling the loss report will be uploaded to each consumer machine, and then return to the "canceling the loss report" interface, and then click [Exit] to return to the main interface of the system.
Report loss and change card
When the card is lost and cannot be found after the loss reporting operation, it is necessary to report the loss and replace the card. Click [report loss and replace card] in the drop-down menu of [Card Operation], as shown in the following figure:
Click [loss report and card replacement] to open the "loss report and card replacement" interface, as shown in the following figure:
Before card replacement, it is necessary to collect the records of the consumer machine and the water control machine to determine the balance in the last card, so as to ensure the last consumption record before card replacement, otherwise the data will be confused.
(1) Collect consumer records
In the "report loss and replace card" interface, click [Collect Consumer Machine Records] to open the window as shown in the following figure:
After filtering the records of which consumer machine to collect, click collect records to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
Click [Finish], and then click [Exit] to return to the "loss report and card replacement" interface

(2) Collect water control computer records
In the "report loss and replace card" interface, click [Collect Water Control Computer Records], and a window as shown in the following figure will pop up:
After filtering the records of which water control machine needs to be collected, click [Collection Records] to enter the interface as shown in the following figure:
Click [Finish] to complete the data collection, and then click [Exit] to return to the "loss report and card replacement" interface, as shown in the following figure:
Click Select personnel to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
Click Select, and the selected card information will be displayed in the "report loss and replace card" interface, as shown in the following figure:
Put the new card on the card issuer, and then click [Card Replacement] to pop up a "report loss and replace card" window, as shown in the following figure:
Click Yes to open the interface as shown in the following figure:
Enter the operator password in the "Operator Password" input box, and then click [card replacement] to return to the "report loss and card replacement" interface, and the card writing status will be displayed in the lower left corner of this interface, as shown in the following figure:
Wait a moment, a prompt window pops up [Card Replacement Completed], click [OK], and the card replacement is successful. Click exit to return to the system main interface.
Repair bad card
Click bad card repair in the drop-down menu of card operation to repair the damaged card. As shown in the following figure:
The card issuer needs to be used to repair the bad card. Put the card on the card issuer. The "Bad Card Repair" interface will display the relevant information of the card. If the card is not damaged, it will display that the card is normal and does not need to be repaired; If it is a bad card, it can only be repaired tentatively, and it is not sure that it can be repaired successfully. If it cannot be repaired successfully, it is recommended to report the loss first and then replace the card.
Click [Repair Bad Card] to enter the "repair bad card" interface, as shown in the following figure:
The card reader reads that the usage status of this card is "Damaged", so this card needs to be repaired. Before repairing the card, in order to ensure that the data is not disordered, it is necessary to first collect the consumption records of the card in the consumer machine and the water control machine, as shown in the following figure:
Click [Collect Consumer Records] to enter the interface as shown in the following figure:
After selecting the consumer machines to be collected and the records to be collected, click [Collection Records] to collect the records. The collected records are as follows:
Click [Finish] to complete the collection of consumer data, and then click [Exit] to return to the "Bad Card Repair" interface, and then click [collect water control computer records] to enter the "collection records" interface, as shown in the following figure:
After selecting the water control machine to collect records and what records to collect, click [Collection Records] to collect the records of the water control machine. The collection is completed as shown in the following figure:
After the acquisition is completed, click [Finish], and then click [Exit] to return to the "Bad Card Repair" interface. In this interface, click repair card to open the repair card window, as shown in the following figure:
In the pop-up repair card window, click Yes to open the interface as shown in the following figure:
Enter the operator password in the "operator password" input box, and then click [repair]. Wait a moment and wait for the card to be repaired. After the card is repaired, the card usage status will be displayed in the "bad card repair" interface, as shown in the following figure:
If it is not a damaged card, put the normal card on the card issuer, and the use status of the card will be displayed in the "Bad Card Repair" interface, and the lower left corner of the interface will show that the card is normal and does not need to be repaired, as shown in the following figure:
Click exit to return to the system main interface.
Personnel account cancellation
If the cardholder wants to stop using the IC card for various reasons, he can cancel the card and account information. Only cards in normal use can be cancelled. During cancellation, the card must be placed on the card reader and click personnel account cancellation in the drop-down menu of card operation, as shown in the following figure:
Click personnel account cancellation to enter the card cancellation interface. Put the card on the card issuer and the card information will be displayed, as shown in the following figure:
Click [Card Cancellation] and wait for a period of time. The card issuer reads the information in the card and cancels the card. After card cancellation, the card cancellation will be displayed in the interface, as shown in the following figure:
When the "Card Cancellation" interface shows that the card cancellation is completed, it indicates that the card cancellation is successful. (Note: for the cancelled card, the card swiping on the consumer machine shows that it is not the card of the current system, that is, the card is not issued). After the card cancellation is completed, put the cancelled card on the card issuer again. If the bank opens an account, the information of the original person still exists in the card. Click exit to return to the system main interface.
