Offline Elevator
The elevator control panel supports four types, such as remote control card issuance, master card issuance, online card issuance and offline card issuance. The software can support RS485 networking to issue cards. If it is not convenient to network, you can choose offline card writing and issuing through the management software. Offline card writing and issuing only need to be equipped with a multi-function reader to write the required data to the IC card.
Firstly, open the function, click Help - > “function on” on the main interface of the system, as shown in the following figure:
Click “Function On” (as shown in the figure) to check the three functions “Add Equipment Manually”, “Elevator System” and “Offline Access Control”. As shown in the following figure:
After checking it, click [Save] to perform offline operations on the software.
Offline elevator IC card parameters
In the main interface of the system, click [Elevator Access Control] - > [Offline Elevator] - > [IC Card Parameters] as shown in the following figure:
Click [IC Card Parameters] to set the encryption password used by the IC card. In the IC card parameters, enter the encryption password of the IC card, click Save button, read the pop-up prompt box, and then click OK. As shown in the following figure:
In the IC card parameters, enter the encryption password of the IC card, click Save, read the pop-up prompt box, and then click OK. Note: the encryption password of IC card is the basis for IC card reading and writing, so you must carefully handle the change of the encryption password of IC card. And ensure the security of the data in IC card and prevent others from reading and writing the data in card at will.
Elevator permission group
Permission group: it is used when the IC card is authorized. A permission group can contain multiple elevators. When the IC card has the permission of a permission group, it means that the elevator boards under this permission group can swipe the card to open the floor.
Before making the setting card and installing the equipment, you should firstly assign the permission group.
In the main interface of the system, click [Elevator Access Control] - [Offline Elevator] - [Elevator Permission Group]. As shown in the following figure:
Click [Elevator Permission Group] to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
Add permission group
In the elevator permission group interface, click “Add Permission Group” to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
Enter a name in the permission group name, click [Add Member], select the offline elevator equipment that needs to be added to the permission group, and then click [Save].
Modify permission group
Modify the permission group. In the elevator permission group interface, select the elevator permission group to be modified, and then click “Modify Permission Group”, as shown in the following figure:
After modification, click “Save” to finish modifying the elevator permission group.
Delete permission group
Delete the permission group. In the elevator permission group interface, select the elevator permission group to delete and click “Delete Permission Group”, as shown in the following figure:
Installing devices offline
Add an offline elevator. In the main interface of the system, click [Install Equipment] > [Add Access Control Equipment Manually]. As shown in the following figure:
Click [Add Access Control Equipment Manually] to enter the interface shown in the following figure:
In the "Add Access Control Equipment Manually" window, check "Select Offline Series Access Control System", select the elevator board to be used in the "Please Select Equipment Model", and then click [Install Equipment] to open the interface as shown in the following figure:
In the “Install Elevator Controller” window, enter the name of the elevator controller, select the card reader format, select the record memory, whether to turn on the keyboard card reader to open the management function, select the offline permission group, set the elevator port parameters, etc.
After inserting the USB card writer, (it is necessary to install the card writer driver: the driver is the USB reader Drive.EXE under the root directory of the system. After inserting the USB card writer, double-click the driver, and then click [install].)
Click [Make Setting Card]. Put a white card on the IC card writer, and the interface will start to verify whether the IC card is a blank card. After verification, click [Make Setting Card] to start the card writing process. A prompt window will pop up. Click OK in the prompt window to make the setting card successfully. As shown in the following figure:
Input by pointing the infrared programmer (or infrared remote control) of the offline elevator at the infrared port of the elevator: * management password (default: 1234) + #+98+#, read the setting card within 10 seconds after the command input, and import the data into the elevator. The import time is estimated to be within 3 seconds. At this time, please do not leave the card at will until the parameter information is imported into the elevator through the setting card.
Personnel card issuance
Click [Elevator Access Control] - [Offline Elevator] - [Card Issuance], as shown in the following figure:
Click “Card Issuance” to open the interface as shown in the following figure:
Before offline card issuance, put the card on the USB multi-function card writer, and then enter the relevant personnel information in this interface. Please carefully select the personnel information or enter the personnel information, select the content of the cardholder accordingly, and select the door to open. The interface is shown in the following figure:
Enter the name, or select the person who has not issued the card, select the person's gender, select the department to which the person belongs, enter the ID number and contact number, upload the person's photo, set the number of door opening and access restrictions, set the IC card type and the corresponding authority location.
When selecting the IC card type, you need to pay attention to the permission of the card type, and you can set the corresponding card type according to the actual needs.
There are four types of IC cards: ordinary door opening card, three-level authority card, two-level authority card and one-level authority card.
The four IC card permission levels are: first level permission card > second level permission card > third level permission card > ordinary door opening card.
Ordinary door opening card: only the door of unit 1, floor 008, building A2, Tangde community can be opened effectively. As shown in the following figure:
Level 3 authority card: it can effectively open all doors on the 008 floor of building A2 in Tangde community. As shown in the following figure:
Level 2 authority card: it can effectively open all doors of building A2 in Tangde community. As shown in the following figure:
Level 1 authority card: it can effectively open all doors of a whole Tangde community. As shown in the following figure:
After selecting the card type, you can also enter or modify relevant information in the “Details” -- “Residence”-- “Labor Status” option. As shown in the following figure:
After all the information is entered and confirmed, put the card on the card writer and click “Write Card”. In the pop-up window "IC Card Issued Successfully", click [OK] to issue successfully. The card after writing data supports opening the specified door.
Pin card
Card cancellation: it is to cancel the authorization of the card that has been authorized in the card swiping lock.
Click [Elevator Access Control] - [Offline Elevator] - [Card Cancellation] in the main interface of the system, as shown in the following figure:
Click Cancel card, then put the card on the card issuer, read the card information, click Cancel card in the “cancel card” interface, and a query window pops up, click Yes. After the card is canceled successfully, click exit. The interface is shown in the following figure:
Make setting card
Setting card: use a blank card to write the data parameters set on the system into the blank card, and then use the set blank card (i.e. setting card) to import the data into the offline elevator board, and indicate that the setting card is the setting card of XX elevator board.
There are three types of setting cards: opening time setting card, elevator parameter setting card and elevator authorization setting card.
In the main interface of the system, click [door opening time setting card], [elevator parameter setting card] and [64 elevator authorization setting card] under [elevator access control] - [offline elevator], as shown in the following figure:
(1)Opening time setting card
Door opening period setting card: it is to import the door opening period set in the system into the elevator board and make a door opening period setting card. You can use this card to set all offline elevators of the same series.
Click [Elevator Access Control] - [Offline Elevator] - [Door Opening Period Setting Card], then put a set setting card on the card writer, click [Card Writing], the door opening period parameters of the elevator board will be automatically written into the IC card, and the card will be made into the door opening period card of the elevator board, and finally click [OK] and then click [Exit]. The interface is shown in the following figure:
As long as you take the card to the elevator board, input the command through the infrared remote control: *1234 \98 \.
(2) Elevator parameter setting card
This card is mainly used to correspond the position of the new elevator equipment, so as to facilitate the setting of card issuing, door opening and door holding, alarm parameters, etc.
Click [Elevator Access Control] - [Offline Elevator] - [Elevator Parameter Setting Card], then put a blank IC card on the reader / writer, select the door to be set, and then click [Write Card]. The interface is shown in the following figure:
Then click “Yes” to pop up a prompt and click “OK”. The interface is shown in the following figure:
Finally, use the setting card on the elevator board to set the parameters. Use the remote control to press: * +1234+#+98+#+ read the setting card towards the infrared interface of the elevator board, and press the * key twice to exit the management state.
(3) 64 way elevator authorization setting card
Click [Elevator Access Control] - > [Offline Elevator] - > [64 Way Elevator Authorization Setting Card], here you can operate 172 open door cards or 172 blacklist cards or report the loss of 175 open door cards at one time. Please put the set setting card on the card issuer, confirm to select the information content of the person to be authorized, and click [Yes]. The interface is shown in the following figure:
After making the pop-up permission data card, click “OK” and then click “Exit”. As shown in the following figure:
If you want to import these data into the offline elevator board, you only need to take the card to the elevator board and enter the command through the infrared remote control: *1234\98\. Then the contents of the permission setting card are imported into the elevator board.
Logout setting card
If you want to cancel the setting card of the elevator board, you can click [Elevator Access Control] - [Offline Elevator] - [Cancel Setting Card] in the main interface of the system. As shown in the following figure:
Put the setting card on the card writer and click [Cancel Setting Card] to pop up the window as shown in the following figure:
Click [Logout] to pop up a prompt window, as shown in the above figure. Click [OK] to set the card after logout.
