48. How to Add or Delete Attendance Personnel

1. Log in to the one-card cloud platform and click the menu "Attendance".


2. In the attendance module, enter the "Attendance Personnel" page.


3. ‘’Add Person” Click the "Add" button.


4. When adding attendance personnel, you need to add rules in attendance rules and automatic shift rules first. If you do not add rules, you will not be able to add attendance personnel when adding attendance personnel.


5. Attendance rules, attendance personnel conduct attendance according to the selected attendance rules.


6. Automatic shift scheduling: when personnel are automatically scheduled, they will be scheduled according to the selected shift method.


7. Attendance mode: It is the attendance punching mode, the normal mode is the normal card swiping, the card-free mode is the normal attendance without the card swiping, and the card swiping once a day means the card swiping once a day. Recorded as normal attendance.


8. Click the ”Filter” button to add attendance personnel.


9. Add the personnel who need attendance to the right column


10. Click ”OK” to add the attendance personnel to the previous layer.


11. After selecting the attendance personnel, set attendance rules, automatic shift scheduling, and attendance mode
