25. How to Create HR Department Information

  1. Log in to the homepage of all-in-one card cloud platform and click the HR menu.


2. Enter the personnel module and click the personnel information of the personnel module.


3. Check a person and click Modify.


4. In the edit personnel file pop-up window, click "Fingerprint Management".


5. To modify the fingerprint, first link the fingerprint instrument to the computer and open the cloud client.


6. Check a fingerprint and add a fingerprint according to the prompt of the fingerprint meter.


7. Input fingerprints according to the prompts of the fingerprint meter.


8. After adding, click OK to add or modify fingerprints.
