20. How to Set and Remove a Blacklist

Set blacklist


1. Log in to the all-in-one card cloud platform website and open the personnel information page.

2. Check an employee and click the "Add to blacklist" button.

3. Pop up the blacklist confirmation box and enter the blacklist reason; Click OK to add the personnel to the blacklist (the blacklist personnel will not be able to swipe their cards, use face machines and fingerprint machines, log in to the personal cloud platform, or bind applets)

4. Personnel can be viewed in blacklist management after they are added to the blacklist.


Remove blacklist


1. On the blacklist management page, check an employee and click "Remove" to remove the blacklist status of the employee.

2. After the blacklist is cancelled, click HR information to return to the HR information page to check whether the blacklist has been cancelled.

3. After the blacklist is removed, the platform will automatically synchronize to the online device within 30 minutes. The offline device will not be able to remove the personnel blacklist status. It can only be removed after the device is successfully distributed online.
