13. How to Create HR Department Information

  1. Log in to the homepage of all-in-one card cloud platform and click the HR menu.


2. Enter the personnel module and click department management in the personnel module.


3. In the HR department management page, you can manage the Department, click the Add button to add the Department.


4. Enter the Department name, person in charge, and select the superior department. If the superior department does not select, it will be the first level department.


5. After entering the information, click OK to add the Department.


6. To modify a department, you can check the Department and click the Modify button to modify it.


7. To delete a department, you can select one or more departments to delete. After deleting a department, if the person uses the deleted department, the person's department will change back to the default department.
